You can complaint to the passport office for the same they will take action

Inform the regional passport office that she has obtained passport by concealing information. Address dose not belongs to her and criminal case in pending and warrants issued against her. 

Submit order sheet of court case in which warrants are issued by court. Case must be in metropolitan magistrate court ?

You should complain to the RPO who has issued the passport. Send the documents with regards to the pending cases and which demonstrates the fact that she has not been living at the said address.

Is it a FIR or court complaint ? She will be prosecuted by providing false information.

You can complaint to the passort office having jurisdiction where your house is situated. You need to give the details of the wife passport along with your complaint

File a complaint before the RPO from where the passport is issued. That verification is not properly done and further the police criminal case is pending against her.

Write a complaint on line to the Police Commissioner with a copy to the SSP and Airport police with the copy also to RPO for cancellation of passport which has been obtained on frivolous informations, no need to attach any document now , submit when ever called for during investigation.

At least you have her full name, husband name, father name, date of birth. Moreover, in PP, yuor address is given. File complaint that somebody obtained PP on your address. Easily traceable.

You mention her name and father's name with husband name so they can locate the same by name if details are not with you.

Yeah you can..you have her name fathers name spouse name ie you. Parent's address dob details.

See without passport number other details it would be difficult to company as necessary information must be given though you can submit letter complaining on her name .

Do you know as to from which office the pass port was issued ? 

You may file a RTI to obtain the details, if you do not have any detail.

You can complaint with full name and her last known address

without passport details you cannot file complaint. 

You can give a complaint agaisnt this before the passport issuing officer and request for cancellation of the passport especially for suppressing the fact of pending criminal case agaisnt her.

The passport authorities will certainly look into the issue immediately and may summon her on this with a show cause notice.

You mention the passport number, the pending criminal case number and her particulars in your complaint to be given to the passport issuing officer.

It will not be possible for the passport authorities to locate her without the passport number or her address. 

Hence you may collect the same through your sources and furnish the same in your complaint.
