Malafide Transfer order
I am working PSU Bank, has got 8th Transfer in 8 year career, where ever transfer policy says Minimum 3 year in one branch and 6 year in Zone. They have not replied to representaion made . What can I do now ?

you can challenge your transfer before CAT if transfer made contrary to transfer policy
Hello,
challenge the transfer order in the HC. You can not be transferred arbitrarily again and again.

\if the transfers have been made intentionally to trouble and torture you then you may approach high court with a writ petition seeking relief and remedy.
You may attach the written representation copy and their reply to your representation.
File a Writ before the Hon'ble High Court as they are wrong.
