Complain to Collector and provide him full detail with evidences or department of higher education. .
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a PGT in government school. I have filed a complaint against my Principal for his major lapses to conduct cbse examination and his corruption. After this he started mental torture and mental harassment by giving me unnecessary office order and letters for misconduct of service rules. Even cbse is also in his favour that you have violated rule by providing important videos and documents. CBSE department and my department is in his full support to demorlize me so I can withdraw my complaint. Please help me what to do.
Complain to Collector and provide him full detail with evidences or department of higher education. .
CBSE is not taking any action against the Principal even after submitting documentary proof and videos about absence of Deputy Centre Superintendant at cbse exam centre. Principal claimed false/fake bill of Deputy Centre Superintendant even though he was not on duty during the whole process if cbse examination. Rather cbse is supporting him and issue a letter to take action against me to misuse of service rules by submitting important/secret video to cbse without informing Principal.
Escalate the issue to your higher up in writing. This will serve as a record in case if it leads to legal proceedings. If it is sexual harassment under the provisions of sexual harassment act file a complaint .

Hello
File a writ petition in the High Court with a prayer for direction to the CBSE to take an appropriate action on the complaint filed by you.
Regards
File a complaint with the police on line in the name of the Police Commissioner of the city in which you are living or school is situated, they will enquire the matter and please co-operate with them during the course of the proceedings.
What are the complaints against you that have been given as a retaliation to your complaint against the principal.?
If you have received a show cause notice in writing then you give a reply suitably mentioning that this notice is nothing but a vendetta due to yor complaint against the principal
Since your career is at stake you may have to take a wise decision either to withdraw your complaint or take up the matter legally.
If you are taking up legally then you may have to gather substantial evidence against the principal for all his acts of corruption.
The CBSE authorities may be in hand and glove with the principal or may be they do not want the reputation of the school to get spoiled or may be they also get their share out of such corrupt acts.
If you want yo can escalate the matter through ministry of education or department of education through its secretary and find a solution for this, but you must be prepared for a big legal battle against the giant machinery which no doubt is corruptive and may be able to corrupt the authorities concerned.
Move a representation with the concerned competent authority in the present matter, apprising the Authority of everything that has transpired till date. In your representation, you must explain in detail as to how the Principal is abusing his dominant position and taking recourse to corrupt practises. Also specify as to how he is bent upon to harass you, just because you objected to his corrupt practices.
If no action is taken upon your representation, you may approach the High Court in a writ petition.
