Sir daughter's in law doing job after the death of her husband. Her husband was also appointed in anukampa job after the death of his father. But now the daughter's in law doesn't taking care of her mother's in law. so what to do

Yes, she has to take care of her mother in law.  On that condition only the authority given job to her. Mother in law can file a complaint to the concerned department and also She can file complaint under Senior Citizen's Act against her daughter in law.
