Any sticker you put on a vehicle has to be placed correctly — not on the front and back windshields. For that, you require permission from the RTO. It should be placed on the body of the car. It depends on where it is placed, how big it is and if it causes any distraction. If it is from the website, it amounts to advertising and you require permission from the RTO to advertise on private vehicles

Permission from RTO necessary both for private and personal vehicle. Yello brand licemae for commercial, white brand for private. For building, permission from municipality.

Without permission ,  penalty will impose.

Hello,

Yes permission from the local authorities and all the police stations where you intend the motor vehicle to advertise is required to be taken.

Also, as per the new directive stickers on the vehicle can not be pasted in a way that the color of the vehicle as mentioned in RC is changed.

There are Different kinds of licencing given out by RTO department.Primary once are commercial licence (yellow board)Personal licence(White board). This is because there will be different taxes for different licensing. You are not allowed to use your personal vehicle for commercial use on papers. Its a offense you will be fined heavily if you are caught.

On the other hand commercial license are for commercial use you can use them as a taxi, as a logistical vehicle and as a moving billboard or hording for advertising with proper permission.

Yes, without taking such permission for RTO , Police and Municipal Authority no such display is permissible.

In private building only permission from civic authority is necessary.

You may have to obtain permission from local civic authorities for carrying the advertisement display on your vehicle while plying the same in the public roads.

No doubt you can go ahead without permission too, but in case it is brought to the notice of the civic authorities by someone who do not like your progress, then you will be questioned and penalised for this.

Dear client

Advertisement on motor vehicle don't need permission from authority if mic speaker is not involved for purpose of advertising.

And for advertisement on the building you have to take permission from BBMP(Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) for that you also have to pay some fees to BBMP for permission.

Dear Sir,

If you are ads are commercial then you have to seek permission from above authorities and also required to pay the prescribed fee. The advertisements if few in number and no objection is raised by any member of the public then there will be no issue.
