My wife died on 28.03.2015. I gave regd GPA to third person. The GPA was drafted by his advocate only. and it is registered on 22.06.2015 in Chennai. He sold this property to a builder. He demolished old building and constructed apartments and sold. The GPA holder sold on 23.03.2016 and collected sales proceeds also. I contacted a lawyer in Bangalore, he told me to file a criminal case. I am afraid how long the criminal case, if they start harassing where I will go? If I give you vakalatnama will you get my sales proceeds. And protect me from the GPA holder.
