1) You can make complaints against him to head of the department or with union if your PSU has.

2) After hours sitting without work is not allowed. You can bring this in notice to his senior. There are few tricks that you have to implement it.

1. Well, there must be a time schedule for a job and it must be mentioned the service Rules of your PSU.

2. So refer to this to find out the normal time schedule for an employee like you.

3. Check whether employee of your cadre/rank is also facing the similar problem or you are signed out for this.

3. If not then lodge complaint with higher authority but doing so do not keep any of your assignments pending.

4. However it is advisable to resolve this amicably.

General transfers occur after a gap of 3–4 years by annual transfer lists published on 31st march every year by the PSU  and the same is circulated within the organization.

Hi,

You may raise departmental complaint against him and if not heard within reasonable period of 6 months, you may approach to central administrative tribunal. In some emergency cases, you may approach High court under writ jurisdictions.

If the boss is adopting steps to trouble or torture you, it would be better that you approach higher authorities  with an application seeking to redress your grievance  venting out all your grievances in brief.

If this step is not fruitful then you may plan to approach court of law for relief and remedy
