unless you applied for loan ,signed the application form no loan would have been sanctioned . no EMI could be deducted from your account unless you have authorised bajaj finance to do so . pay installments that you agreed to pay to avoid long legal battle ahead

Hi, you can file consumer case for deficiency of services. first you have to issue legal notice to bajaj for deficiency service.

How could the policy have been approved and the loan sanctioned in your name unless and until the document bore your signature? Did you not read before signing on the dotted line? If a legal notice has been issued then reply to it and fulfill your obligations under the policy.

Go for cancellation of the policy and settle the loan. Be clear in financial issues. Do not believe the words of agent or any third person. Approach a competent local lawyer and seek help in settling this issue.
