give a NC in the police station before hand that you have strained relations with your wife and as such you will not be liable if she commits suicide.
talk to her normally and calmly about separation without using the word divorce and later make her understand about the same.

See firstly you can file a police NC stating that your wife is intimidating you for suicide and false cases and then file a divorce case on the ground of the cruelty against your wife under section 13 hindu marriage act citing her nature and cruelty towards you.
Before filing divorce you can talk to your wife and ask her for a mutual divorce if she agrees then that will be better.
Further you should give police complaint it shall help you.
1) Better you tell all this issue to your father-in-law and mother-in-law, Plus make NC in nearest police station that your wife is threatening you for attempt to suicide every time for all silly reasons of husband and wife fights.
If you apprehend her to commit suicide you may first lodge a NC with the local police stating that the suicidal tendency in her is a threatening situation.
After the NC is registered you may plan to file a contested divorce on the grounds of cruelty provided it is unbearable or intolerable to continue the married life with her.
She will not commit anything like suicide.
Give a formal declaration in local police station saying that you are being threatened by your wife of suicide.
