Sir file a case of cheating against the said employee.and give a legal notice to the company for the policy. Further complaint before IRDAI and ombudsman and a consumer complaint can be also file for damages mental agony and policy.

I have been Dubbed for1 Lac in the name of providing Life insurance of Reputed Insurance Company Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd. & Loan against the policy from Bajan Finserve. Payment was transfered to account.of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd,Delhi Branch, provided by so called Company Representative. But no policy is raised in My name.The policy No. Ref.ID no.Provided by Bank Representative is not existing. Over & above to get Policy & Loan asking another 1 Lac as TDS amount,which i have refused to pay. Kindly guid me ,how to proceed further.

You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for offences like cheating, intimidation, fraud against the person, supported with all relevant supporting documents.
