I didn't mention my 1 month private job in application form.In the offer letter,it is written if any statement by you is found false and have bearing on eligibility,the appointment would be cancelled.What should I do now ?

1. You have already applied in the job concealtng your revious job, so there is no point in wirrying about this.
2. Since your previous job was for one month only, I do not think you present employer woiuld take penal action even if they come to know.
3. So concentrate in your job and excel in your serviced so you become indispensable in your job as a result of which the employer would not think of terminating your job under no circumstances.
1. Since the tenure of your employment in private limited was for only one month, it's not a serious violation in not disclosing it earlier.
2. Was the private job a temporary or a permanent one?.

In case the new employer finds your non-disclosure of the previous private employment of yours, then you can always defend yourself by convincing him that the term of private employment was very brief and hence didn't disclosed it and also convince the employer that there was no ulterior motive from your side.
1) Is it that private limited company registered and in which company you have applied for government companies or any PSU etc. Its totally depends upon where you have applied for current position and where you were working in the past.
You need not to discuss this this is a material to disclose one month employment if you are not submitting any document for that
See if you have already submitted form give an application to appointing authroity disclosing same on ground that by mistake you left same and now you are informing the authorities of same.
FUrther donot worry if there is no issue in old job and everything is settled there wont be no issue.
Don't worry it is you that you wants to take credit of what you want no body can force you to write what you don't like or don't like to take credit, hence, sleep cool and forget all these things.
The one month employment in a private organisation is not a matter of concern because neither you are going to claim any experience on ths basis nor it will be allowed and moreover the private employment for this short petriod is just a temporary hence there is no question of suppression of any material information.
Actually Sir,after final publication of results recommendation by commission,I worked for 1.5 months but didn't mention it.Would that be such a big offense which would cost me my job?
This is not an offence that you had been wroking in the private job even after the publication of results.
You need not worry to this extent about this.
See it is rare chance same would be questioned anytime in future further it wont cost you your job donot worry.

It is not so big offence but if you let your employer know this fact it becomes a big issue for them to initiate any action against you at any time. Keep it as secret to them.
This fact is known to few people.My concern is that would I be disqualified for employment if somebody anonymously complain that I have served the organisation for 1.5 months even without proof which they wouldnot get from the company.This fact didn't affect my selection in anyway as I was not employed at the time of interview.
Sir see if there is no proof of same then you do not need to worry further will not affect your employment.

You are unnecessarily getting tension. Be cool. You have not gained anything by not mentioning the same. It was due to some unintentional circumstance. Advocates are there to save your job.
This is not a matter of concern. Even if somebody makes a complaint, this cannot be maintainable since you worked hardly for 1.5 months which can be termed as temporary employment and such temporary employments dio not have any significance and they need not be mentioned.
If you still are worried about it then you may decide to disclose the same to the authortiies concerned who may not even entetrtain your disclosure.
Your worry is a guilt which you yourself is precipitating so please let is be a forgotten matter no body is coming to ask you.
