Sir since the amount is paid along the interst the bank may settle and withdraw the  suit filed. Further you can approach bank citing this was mistake and ask bank for correction of your CIBIL Scores.

Generally, banks will not jump to legal action immediately, to recover its dues, unless it is inevitable.

2) you can file reply mentioning full payment made by you

If written off has been written then there is no need to go anywhere and need is to go straight to the bank and get it corrected by your payment documets. It needs only correction.

The bank has written off the loan as bad debts.

You need not be worried abut it until it is reflected in the CIBIL score.

You may check the CIBIL score, if there is an adverse entry then you may contact the bank and repay the outstanding amount to get the adverse entry removed so that it is not affecting your future loan program.
