• Ancestral Property

We are 5 brothers and 1 of my brother died 4 years ago. Now his wife who does not have a child wants to sell her share of the ancestral property. Can she sell the property to anyone without consulting us???

who holds the documents of the property ,she can sell her share once the property is divided between brothers and she can sell her husband share

if your sister in law tries to sell any share in property move court and obtain an injunction restraining her from doing so . if yoour elder brother is denying other brothers a share in joint family property file partition suit for your share in the property . the widow does not have share in ancestral property if no division has taken place
