In land record plot no is 1127 but in poa wrongly Typed 1167 .agent along With other share holders have sold the land 10th oct2017.Tehsildar denied mutation.Principals executed another poa fvg Agent on 5th june2018 with correct plot 1127. Kind advise how deed of Confirmation to be executed.

the erroneous POA will be attached to the sale deed
the sale deed and the erroneous POA would be mentioning different plot numbers
so this defect cannot be cured by granting a fresh POA with correct survey number
the sale deed will need to be rectified by executing a Deed of Rectification
nominal stamp duty will have to be paid on above deed

If there is an error in the registered sale deed or agreement of sale then a rectification deed nca be executed, whereas since the POA itself is changed now, which was unnecessary, it may serve any purpose.
You may have to get a registered rectification deed to rectify the error in the registered sale deed after which you can apply for mutation of revenue records.
