You can contact local lawyer from this website for drafting contracts
2) lawyers cannot help you in fixing meeting with manufacturers or in getting contracts
3) CA can help you in registration of company
Hello Sir, I am Anchit and I wish to start a retail food business by making some dairy free chocolate spreads, frosting and related items. These items will be placed at various retail stores like Big Bazaar and such. My concerns were following - 1) To tie up with a co manufacturer. Legal contracts need to be signed after a test run in a few stores to see if the product sells. So need help in getting some manufacturers. I am mailing such companies which are in this business and awaiting replies. But in case you have ties, that would be helpful and fast. In case we dont find a manufacturer, What rules do we have to follow to start making it at home with smaller capacity machines? Home based or by renting a small store. What laws will then apply to us. 2) Packaging, labelling, Naming of product according to FSSAI rules. I will get lab tests done but will need to know if we can add no added preservatives in case we add emulsifier and such queries. 3) Registering a company name - catchy, witty name which is not yet registered. 4) Registering for FSSAI after I have been given all details of laws that I need to make sure to satisfy to keep the registration intact. I have signed up for FSSAI pg diploma from IGNOU as of now. But will need to start this business with everything perfectly done so that later it doesnt come to trouble us. We are looking for a reasonable lawyer who is honest in his/her work, and works at reasonable costs as we belong to a retired pension family. We are in no hurry but work should be done correctly. Looking forward to your reply. Regards, Anchit
