Issue will contest in the court of Nawashar where cause of action arise or from the branch (city)- punishment ordered issued

You can file the case wherein the first the head office/ registered office of the bank is situated, but since cause of action happened in punjab and the branch office is there it is better you file case before the court in punjab.

If you want to file a case you have both the options available as to file where the bank is situated or where you are residing presently ...This thing is laid down under section 9 of cpc which defines jurisdiction ...

Since you have retired, you may start your case from Patiala. otherwise, jurisdiction lies where punishment was awarded.

As you are retired now you may file your case in the home district

You may challenge this departmental punishment in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Also, can you specify as to where your departmental authority which has passed your pnushment order based out of?

The case can be filed in the CAT Delhi as you were posted in Delhi at the time of punishment.

You can file the case at all the three places which be convenient to you.

You can file a cse at the place where the cause of action arose.

If the departmental enquiry was conducted and you were punished at a place where you were employed at that time, the jurisdiction will be a court within that place.

The case will be filed at the place where the cause of action took place or if you are challenging some order then the case can be filed at the place from where (the office address) the order has been passed.
