Dear Around 6 Days backs i have accepted an agreement via email for online form filling job for Infineon Technologies for completing 800 forms in 7 days. On 7th Day I received an mail from there technical team saying that ur account is been blocked due to multiple log ins which is not happened. And when I call there customer care team these guys are saying that our legal team will contact for this. Before this I have send the request for unblocking my account through E-mail but these guys didn't gave any reply. The agreement is saying that if I am fail to submit this job within 7 seven days then I am entitled to pay Rs. 3999/- in any cost. and as per the agreement if my account can be blocked foe multiple log in. The mail agreement is in PDF form is not any companies letter head or on stamp paper sent from [deleted]. Kindly guide

they are alleging some illegal activity and have blocked access to your account and at the same time, they will sue you for breach of contract if you do not perform as per the conditions laid down in the contract. send a legal notice specifically stating you grievance and if they do not respond file a complaint with the police for fraud and cheating.

Terms of agreement are sacrosanct and binding on parties
2) in event any notice is received calling upon you to pay x amount deny your liability to make payment as your account was worongly blocked
3) it is doubtful company would take legal proceedings to recover Rs 3999 from you

Such agreement happens to be valid to an extent that you have done the work in furtherance of the said agreement.
Send them a notice for payment of the work done by you.

1. You can lodge a police complaint before your local cyber cell of police against the said company for cheating you.
2. It appears that the said Company has got the forms filled up by you and thereafter has evaded payment on some fictitious pretext.
3. You can also file a Money Suit claiming payment of the said amount but such filing of T.S. will not be worth since your legal cost will be more than the amount to be claimed by you.
No need to worry, they can not recover the amount from you.
But since the account is blocked due to technical glitch you can site same reason and deny payment of any money as the agreement has been breached due to mistake or fault in the server or technical mistake. Further the company won't go against you for 4000 rupees in the court.
Further the agreement is not validly executed it not signed and counter signed by wintess. See this may be compny trick to avoid your payment so on contrary you can issue them asking your payment as the breach has occurred.to to technical problem that is there mistake not.yours.
if the company has blocked your account then how on earth can it expect you to submit the work of online form filling within the stipulated period?
in that case you are not liable to pay any penalty of 4000 stated in the agreement
if the company itself is careless and casual about unblocking your account for you to resume the online form filling, there is nothing which you can do in furtherance of the job submission
write a letter to the company informing it about the problem and that despite calling customer care, no action is yet taken by company to unblock your account and due to that express your inability to complete the job as required without incurring any liability
