My all gold,clothes are kept at my inlaws home and i want to save my marriage.please help

File an FIR in the police station to claim the stridhan that is lying in your in laws house.
Note that divorce can not be filed before 1 year of the marriage. You can file a case of harassment against the husband and his family members.

This is ridiculous, I advice you to just have detail conversation with your husband, and if he still denies to take you then please I advice you to go for divorce as there is nothing to live with that person who doesn’t even respect you as there may be something good for you in future.
You can go for divorce on the ground of cruelty to you and your family.

That is not the case, if your rights are being violated then the police and court will rescue you.

I know police may not do anything as per your saying that they have some political connection, but please don’t worry you can then go to the Mazistrate under section 156(3) for FIR registration, he will do justice for you.

See no body can force your husband to live with you if you file case they may agree but then also they wont treat you well so better to end such marriage.
If such is thing police donot take any action directly approach the Magistrate under crpc 156(3) file complaint they have to take action, if then also if not satisfactory you must file a writ in high court for registering FIR and take strict action and investigation against them.

2) since your husband refuses to stay with you as you did not get enough dowry case under section 498A of IPC is made out
3) since your in laws are refusing to return your goldjewellery and other articles case under section 406 is made out
4) also file application under DV act seek right to stay in matrimonial home , maintenance from husband , compensation for mental torture undergone by you
If your father in law has sent your private pictures to his friends then case under section 67A of IT act is made out .
File DV case , 498A case against husband and in laws as mentioned herein above

Dont get discouraged or dismayed by their threats .
You can pursue legal action as per law and bring them into the criminal books of records by filing proper legal cases on dowry harassment and domestic violence
You can do the following:
1. File a police complaint against your in laws. This protects your rights. File an FIR under sections of IPC, DV Act, Dowry etc;
2. You can also file for restitution of conjugal rights in the court. This proves your efforts to save the marriage;
3. If your husband still does not want to give chance to your marriage then, you can file for divorce;
4. You can also claim interim maintenance to be paid to you.
