Circle officer has given the verdict in our favour related to ownership of land. Some locals repeatedly stop us from doing any sort of construction on the site. What can we do to begin construction?

If you already have a Court order in your favour, you cannot be prevented from raising construction upon your plot of land.

In case any sort of resistance is posed out to you, approach the Police and lodge a complaint against locals who obstructs.

Circle officer cna not give any verdict on titile though it can oass order on suervey umber.

If you have valid title deed in your name and still you are facing hindrances from persons in raising constructions thereon you can file suit for declaration and injunction so no one can be raistrained from making building thereon.

Once you get injunction order any attempt to obstruct constructions can be countered by filing contempt petition or through police protection.

In these circumstances you should file a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction against the locals who are impeding the construction. The court has the power to issue temporary injunction enforceable through police on the very first date.

Hello,

Since you have an order from the authority therefore any act by local goons preventing you from construction calls for a legal action.

Approach the police and file a complaint against them. If police refuses to register an FIR, then file an application for further order and ask the CO to direct the police to tale appropriate action.

Circle officer is not an authority to sanction permission to construct the building, you may have to obtain an injunction order from civil court restraining the defendants from interfering in your constructional activities on the basis of your documentary evidences, merits and convincing argument made from your side before the court.

.

This may be the proper relief.
