The website itselff looks a fake one.

So first send a grievance notice toits grievance cell and wait for its adjudiction.

if it does nothing then inform the local police about the cheating.Since it is criminal offence the police can send the product for testing and register FIR for this.

Another option is to file a case before the consumer forum wherein the forum can send it for testing and awarding punitive damages in your favour.

Contact the manufacturer through online mode or any number you find on internet.

Let the manufacturers know about the fact. Send your product details to manufacturer and get in writings from the manufacturer about the authenticity of the product.

Then after having proof of fake proof you can complaint in the consumer forum .

Generally the packaging of a product depicts the originality of a product, see the packaging, i am sure there would be something which is different from original, dont use the product as no fragnance in itself is saying its a product, also check where has it been assembled it is genereally written when yoh receive the product.

The counterfeit products are replica of original but minute mistakes are detectable.

And ask then to refund money, of they dont agree send a legal notice

Hello sir , you can obtain a report from the laboratory/ forensic expert by comparing it with an original one .. Once the report comes , and if the product is found fake , you can approach to the consumer court and file a complaint ..do you still have the bill receipts ?

Please move an application to the district consumer forum and provide the detail of the product including the bill of the product and make the seller and the producer Yardley as party to respond and claim the cost of the product, loss due the fake product and humiliation & the legal expenses.

Firstly you can make it check in any of lab and there you have to compare it with original product then you will get the report...And then file the suit in consumer court as the company had been cheated upon you and all the person responsible for that act who have played part in the act ...Make all of them party...

You need to compare each and every particular of the product with the original one. Then you can file consumer complaint against them.

You can send a legal notice to the vendor stating that the product sent by him is not real and you have kept the product with you which shall be produced before consumer forum and ask them to compensate for the loss to avoid litigation.

You may, in the meantime, get the product certified by some perfume dealer in the local to ascertain the genuineness of the product or its quality and if need be, you may attach the copy of the said certification to the vendor to show thqt you have taken efforts to prove the quality of the product sent to you.
