• My problem is based on personal reason

Hi, good afternoon. I am a hindu girl I had a relationship with a boy he is muslim. we loved each other for past 2 years I did lot of things to him that is money and everything, but now a days his behavior seems like changed.. I doubted him and I found a reason too.. yes now I found a reason that I was cheated by him he needs only money and other things from me not my love care and all.. ne needs only that from me... If a person did a crime he must be punished thats why i need an advice to punish him and also myself...Please help me to find a solution:-( I am under the problem please help me.

File criminal case u/s 415/420, 406 of IPC against that person, and if u had any sexual relation with him, then bring a charge of rape u/s 376 IPC against him.

Have you any sexual relation with him on promise of marriage.If yes then you can file police complaint under 376IPC

and he can be behind the bars

u can file rape case on him for having sexual relationship by obtaining your consent frauduantly on false promise of marriage

If he promised to marry you and now want to left you then you can file a case under section 493 of IPC against him, rape charge can be put on him but in my opinion settle the matter amicably.
