Do not wait anymore.

This is a clear case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.

The criminal case of cheating will not give you proper result.

Rather file a case before the consumer forum wherein you will get enough damages and compensation.

Even the incomplete a[rt of construction would also be directed to be completed.

1. Serve him a lawyer's notice for cancellation of the agreement.

2. If any amount is to be paid to him then refuse to pay it. After cancellation of the agreement you can sue him in the civil court for compensation for breach of contract.

You may raise these grievances against the builder either before the Consumer Forum or before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Appropriate relief, together with compensation for physical and mental harassment and damages can be claimed from the builder.

Do not wait anymore, serve a legal notice to the builder

move to the consumer forum for unfair trade practices

though lodging an FIR will not be an appropriate remedy, you may file the same in order to create some pressure upon the builder.

Contact a local lawyer for the same.

You can first issue a legal notice to the builder demanding him to rectify all the defects as listed out in the list within a prescribed time limit.

If the builder fails to respond nor takes any step to comply with the deamands made, you may drag him to consumer court seeking to redress the grievances and also for compensation for the mental agony caused thereby
