2) if govt acquired your land where is question of mutation of property in your name
I ghe gvernment acquired your land then you are entiled for grant of fair market price as determined by the givernment.
If you do not receive the award then the acquisition will lapse and the government will initiate fresh acquisition proceeding on payment of price of the land acquired.
If the government has acquired your land and proper compensation has not been given then in that case you may challenge the acquisition proceeding and ask the government to pay you fair market compensation.

no other government permission is required. if land is acquired under the provision of land acquisition act 1894 then land acquisition is legal. Government either it self acquired property or authorise any government agency to acquire property on behalf of the government.
You say that the government acquired your land. If that be so, why would the government mutate it in your name? Have you been paid the compensation? What is your grievance?
Did the property acquired was taken physical possession b the governmental body.
Have you been paid the compensation properly?
If the physical possession not taken and neither the compensation amount has been paid, then you may remain in the property and dont leave its possession vacant anytime neither you give up the possessive under any pressure.
You can file an injunction suit also in this regard implicating the government association
as party to the suit.
