1) There are number of lawyers on this website from Bangalore
2) You can contact any of them
3) if in Bangalore application forms for notice of marriage are available online you can download them
Thank you very much for your responses I'm glad the rules allow me to fill out the notice of intent to marry here in Canada then send it back to my fiancé in India. Do any of you know a reputable lawyer in Bangalore that can represent us for the court marriage? Another question can I download the notice of intent or does my fiancé have to go to the register marriage office in Bangalore to get them? Is there any specific way she should ask for them or they will give them to her without any questions ? Thanks Paul from Canada

I hope someone on the forum will tell you the details of an able lawyer. Rest I advise youbto take all the details from the lawyer whom you will be hiring. And yes you can download the intent form from net, but it will be good if it is filled in the prescribed format.

1. Many lawyers from Bangalore are on this portal, you are free to engage any.
2. I reiterate that unless both parties are personally present before the registrar on the date of application the applications will be kept pending.
