I had made a list of items which were verified and signed by concerned person.Whether I am responsible for this if the listed items were not required by them

What is your query, whom did yo make the list for and what is the list about?
The person who prepares the list has to observe due diligence for not including erroneous details in the list,
The person who verifies and signs cannot be held fully responsible for any lapse individually.
