www.styleloby.com has done a fraud of Rs. 51495 with me
I am Priyanka Gupta, An Online Shopping Website i.e www.styleloby.com has done a fraud of Rs. 51,494 with me on the name of the promotional contest:- www.styleloby.com/REC2016/ by stating me that I was nominated for the first prize i.e Renault Kwid Car, which they later confirmed through email,They told me that they'll repay whole of the amount paid by me under this contest by sending me product's of the same value but of their own choice, They informed me that I'll have to click the link on their website as and which they'll tell me to, but receive products which they'll verify on verification call, They also informed me that I'll receive a user ID and password for this purpose,
They first asked for Rs.1500 for registration for which they said they'll send me A Noise GT08 smartwatch,but originally sent me a W88 smartwatch of much lower value,then asked for Rs.20000 for the purpose of showing fake shopping of Rs. 100000, for which they'll send me 30 cent diamonds, Micromax Canvas Unite 4 plus smartphone,& MI power bank, which till date they haven't sent me.& Then asked for Rs.30000 for the purpose of taxation of the Car for which they'll send me Gold and Pearl pendent set of approximately Rs. 20000,Sony W800 camera, Bingo fitness bandand a smartwatch as a compensation for sending me wrong watch previously, but originally sent me Gold set of worth approximately Rs.5000 which I have confirmed from jewelers and Fitness Band of unknown brand,sony camera & smartwatch,Whatever they sent me was also not the half of the amount I have paid, still they haven't send me product's of Rs. 20000,No information of car, no user id & password yet given to me,
After several complaints which I did through emails and calls they didn't take any remedial action,instead told me to wait which I did,but still no action is taken. But as a proof I have recorded most of the phone conversations which I have with them,screenshots of all emils communication,and an unboxing vedio of the products I have received from the company,
People from www.styleloby.com who contacted me were Miss Nitika Gupta, Miss Supriya Bhargav, Miss Monika, Miss Akansha Tripathi.
They are doing such fraudulent activities to many people I have also taken screenshot of the complaint made by people against them, I choose this platform to inform people about this companies fraudulent activities and to appeal for help.
