Sir,

I understand the reason why you did not complain to police earlier. there is legal remedy to recovery the money and to punish them. If you have concrete evidence that they tried to murder you and theft the money from your account then still you have greater chance to make police complaint. If police refuse to file complaint then you may approach court to get orders.

Thanks,

1. Have you lodged a FIR for attempt to murder? If yes, what is the status of it?

2. Somebody else could have filed the complaint on your behalf if you were not in a position to give information to police. There is no bar to the lodging of the report now, but the delay of 2.5 years will give a real escape route to the offenders. Be that as it may, you should lodge the complaint now.

You can definitely go and lodge an FIR with the reasons for delay and if the police refuses to register the FIR you can file a complaint before the magistrate under section 156(3).

Your query is not understood?

Why should RK Mutt attempt to murder you?

Did you lodge police complaint about this?

What is the status of the complaint, if given?

You say that ther is a theft Bank account, whether the amount in account was stolen by using fraudulent methods?

Have you taken up this issue with bank and taken any steps for recovery?

Vague questions may not fetch you any proper opinion and any blunt opinion given may misguide you.

You may revert with the details so that your problem can be addressed properly

I was dying and recovering for a year and could not call the police, Imagine yourself in the hospital with millions of injections given and will you have the time to call police? If you allow murderers to survive, when you die in the hospital in a similar way, you will remember and feel my pain and not police.Good luck for the death of you and not of wicked,

Your question is still vague and devoid of details.

It is advised that you better consult a local advocate and express everything and seek his opinion to proceed further in this matter and to confront all such situations in future.
