Sir i purchased one 3 BHK house from Amarapali builders in leisure park greater Noida. the builder has defaulted and i have paid more than 90% of the cost..my house was also on no EMI scheme .The buider has also stopped giving the EMI to bank, kindly suggest me the solution of lodging FIR and filing the case in consumer court/ civil court. my email id [deleted]

make payment of balance 10 per cent and seek possession of flat
file complaint against builder before consumer forum and seek orders to direct builder to deliver vacant possession of house as full payment has being made

You will have to file a case in the State Consumer Forum with regards to your 3 BHK Flat in Noida. For filing of the case you will have to share with me the entire details, the BBA and other agreements.
