1. Do not worry as your father in law is bluffing. Unless the police keep on tab the previous call records can be recorded in audio format.

2. He may get call details but recordings of conversations can not be obtained .

3. For your infidelity beg mercy of your wife as it si she who alone can solve this if she agrees to condone your acts.

4. Show your repentance and commit for reformations so you do not repeat this anymore.

Call conversations do not prove adultery

If wife wants divorce better agree for divorce by mutual consent

Amicable settlement is best option

Dear Concerned,

No no such recordings can be taken unless it was recorded previously, he is just scaring you. Even if your wife has come to know of it and does not have any proof - just go in a denial mode and stick to that as long as there is no written conversation and Recording in your phone - a copy of which has leaked - need not to worry - PLAY BOLD.

Best of Luck

Even if you accept to your extra marital affairs and the same recorded in the mobile, she cannot do anything against this adulter through process of law.

It will be husband of that lady who is entitled to lodge a criminal complaint against you for the offence of adultery and not your wife or her father, hence dont worry about their threats.

As he has friends in police department he saying he will get all call recordings in 2 days. If my relatives listen to that recording they will surely ask for divorce. Because they will believe that I have relationship with her because I used to talk every thing with her.

If you are threatened beyond tolerance, you may state that you are ready for divorce also if that is the only solution to this.

Let them also think about the next course of action, you may plan defence accordingly.

Nothing can be done by the police until and unless a formal complaint is filed by the women, and in such cases usually girls do not go ahead and file a case, and you can not be proved guilty on the basis of phone recording
