Hello, I have bought a flat in Hyderabad around Nov - 2012. Recently I had to get minor plumbing and carpenter works done in the flat. Both the service providers had a negative feedback on the quality of construction. Walls could not take a minor drilling operations. Builder have probably have used more sand than required compromising the building quality. Can I get the quality of the flat checked by a certified agency and go legal and claim compensation from the builder regarding the quality of the flat delivered.
