you should file a declaratory suit [under section 34 of the specific relief act] against your parent to declare that you are real son of them. thereafter they are bound to adduce evidence regarding paternity.

1. What proof does any parents have that they are the parents of their child? Only the documentary evidence in the form of identity proofs such as PAN card, etc.

2. No relief can be given to you by any court as the courts do not sit and function to dispel such doubts.

You can get DNA test of yourself and that of your father or mother.

that alone is the conclusive proof of your origin from these parents.
