Firstly you close your account and also make an announcement that some people are creating fake accounts on our names with intention to spoil your name and reputation.

Issue her a legal notice mentioning her illegal activities and warn her from indulging in such undesirable activities.

Instruct her to refrain from indulging in such defaming activities.

If she is not complying or stopping her activities you may file a defamation suit against her claiming damages

You can lodge a complaint also and before that it is advised that you send a legal notice so that if good sense prevails, things will be settled before hand.
