you are at liberty to remarry . there is no restriction for remarrying same spouse under hindu law . do get marriage registered again .
Procedure to remarry the same spouse after getting divorce
we got divorced in dec 2012 and now we want to remarry again. I would like to know the procedure according to the Hindu law.

u can marry same person in temple & afterwards get it registered
Thank you so much. Appreciate your quick reply. just one more query regarding this, 1. will the divorce decree be valid and will the re-registration of our marriage be valid in India and abroad. I hope the new marriage registration would not clash with the same couple details in the previous registration ??

yes divorce decree would be valid . remarriage and its registration would be valid .

After divorce you can remarry at any time. Get the marriage registered. The decree, remarriage and registration of marriage will be absolutely valid notwithstanding any change in the law.
