Deficiency of service

1. I purchased Samsung Dishwasher for Rs 31,500. 2. Warranty period two years. After one and half year started giving trouble within warranty period. Called by service centre thrice. 3. After seven months company refused to repair the item and offered 58% of invoice value. When reminded that it was in warranty period at the time of complaint, compensation increased to 78%. 4. My request was repair/replacement/invoice value. 5. Since the time item is non functional I am paying Rs 750/- pm to the maid servant. 6. Present price of the item has increased by Rs 4000/-. 7. Loss incurred to me if I buy new Dishwasher is Rs 6300 (depreciation)+ 4000 (increased cost)+ 6750 (maid Apr to Nov) = Rs 17500/-. 8. I had undergone lot of agony ,harassment and inconvenience. 9. I had send Show Cause Notice but still the co is adamant on 78% compensation. 10. I intend to move Consumer Court personally and claim for present cost of DW Rs 34000/-, Rs 17500 ( or increase of maid payment till case is decided) and mental torture Rs one lac. 11. Request advice.
