How can I breach my Employment Agreement. I'm over exploited.

At the time of interview I was asked to sign on the agreement for 2 years but on the day of agreement they changed it to 5 years. I'm helpless at that time , I need the job at any cost , so I signed it . But they are using me for all kind of personal works and treating me very ill. No leaves are allowed, no week-offs and no holidays.They are making my life so hard for me. Please help me. They even opened a bank account on my name and using it in my name for their tax evasion. Not only for me but for all the employees. Please go through this agreement and suggest me proper solution. I will be thankful so much to you. Please save me. I even wanted to terminate myself for the torture. EMPLOYEMENT AGREEMENT This AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of April 2016, between xxxxx further referred as Employer and xxxxx referred as Employee. WHEREAS, both the parties hereto desire to enter into this Agreement to define and set forth terms and conditions of the employment of the Employee by the Employer. NOW, THEREFORE, in this consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below, it is hereby agreed by the Employer and Employee. a. Employee will serve the institution for a minimum period of one year without any interruption. Until unless he/she get any employment with Government. b. If any time in our opinion, which is final in this matter, you are found guilty of disobedience, dishonesty, neglect or incompetence in the discharge of your duties or upon any breach by you of the term and condition of this appointment, your service can be terminated without any notice & no compensation will be paid to you. c. Employee will deposit Caution deposit of Rs. 12,000/- i.e., every month 1,000/- for the period of 1 year to the Employer. If employees leave/abscond the employment without proper notifying/intimation the deposit is not refundable. d. Your services are liable to terminate at any time during notice period without assigning any reason by either side by giving thirty days notice period to the other in writing. e. First three months of employment will be treated as training period. f. Employee will not be entertained with any kind of leaves in the training period. g. No manner of perks/incentives will be entertained in notice period. Apart from the mutually agreed if any. h. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of all our property such as tools, equipment, instrument, books, uniforms, etc. which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. We shall have the right to deduct the money value of such thing from your dues in the event of your failure to account for such property to our satisfaction. i. You shall not at any time, without our consent, disclose, divulge or make public, except under legal obligation, any of the processes, account, transaction or dealing of organization whether the same may be confided or become known to you in the course of your employment or otherwise. j. The Management reserves the right to transfer you to any other branch. k. You would lose your appointment if you remain absent beyond leave either granted or extended and if do not return within 15 days of the expiry of such leave and explain to the satisfaction to the management regarding the reasons for your inability to resume duties during that period. l. When you wish to avail of any leave, you will apply for the same in writing in the prescribed form, if any, showing the number of days for which you want leave and reasons for leave in advance of not less than four days. m. In case you are rendered incapable to attend your duties due to accident while at work or on duty, you will be granted leave without wages at the discretion of the Management. n. You will leave your address during the period of your leave. If you fail, than all correspondence shell be made on your permanent address given by you and all correspondence (posted to such address by ordinary post) shall be considered as having been properly served on you. o. You will strictly abide by the rules and regulation applicable to you which are in force for the time being or to be framed from time to time. p.
