Car Showroom Is Not Refunding the booking Amount

Sir/Madam, Maine Patna ke Mahindra cars ke Dealer Hav Motors Patliputra Patna ,se 1 February2016 ko QuantoC4 ki Booking ki thi. Magar 3 February 2016 ko maine apni booking shift karke Scorpio S2 Model ke liye ki, jiski Delivery mujhe 14th February 2016 ko kar di gaie. Jis din main pahli baar showroom me gaya usi din se mujhse showroom ki taraf se bataya jaa raha tha ki “aap abhi kisi bhi gaadi ke liye booking kar le agar baad me aap chahe to Booking Change/Shift bhi ki ja sakti hai.” Delivery ke din Mujhe bataya gaya ki jo car maine 1st February ko book ki thi (QuantoC4) uska booking amount Scorpio S2 me abhi Adjust nahi kiya jaa raha hai. Jab maine poochha to unhone kaha ki Kuchh Techinical Problem hai is karan Amount abhi adjust nahi kiya jaa raha hai , February ke end tak QuantoC4 ka booking Amount Mujhe Refund Kar diya jaayega . Sir, February se July end hone ko hai , ab tak mai Showroom ke 30 se jyada round laga chuka hu par abhi tak showroom ne mera REFUND nahi diya hai..Aaj Maine jab Showroom se baat ki to unhone kaha ki “Mera Booking Amount REFUND Nahi kiya Jaayega” Mujhe Physically , Mentally & Economically jaan-boojhkar Pareshaan kiya jaa raha hai…. Is Sambandh Me Maine Mahindra Company me bhi Mail aur Complaint kiya hai magar unlogo ki taraf se bhi Koi ACTION Nahi liya jaa raha hai…. Sir,Please Mujhe Bataaiye ki mai kya karoo ?
