Can I Sue Microsoft Technical Team against an error during troubleshooting which end up loosing data

Team, While trying to access the "D" drive of my laptop, its asking Bitlocker Key which I don't have. This issue arises while Microsoft Office 365 Team help me to upgrade my system from E1 to E3 subscription. In this process of up-gradation, they end up deleting some files from my registry, without taking a backup. This leads to the computer goes into an irresponsive state and no way they can repair the registry. The BitLocker got encrypted and I am not able to get my data. Can I sue Microsoft against this? Will the case going to get me any help to retrieve my data from D drive? Or can I sue asking a financial claim from Microsoft against this? Please let me know. Thanks & Regards, Dipil Kumar Vasu
