Will or gift deed

Sir, I live in a joint family. The property is jointly owned by two uncles of mine. This property is not an ancestral property but was bought in the name of two uncles of mine by their elder brother (unmarried) who has died. One uncle is unmarried, but younger brother is married and has a daughter. My uncle who is bachelor is elder currently and wants to give his share of the undivided property to me(nephew). But his younger brother does not want to let this happen. So my elder unmarried uncle is in a dilemma whether to make a Will or GIFT deed his share of the undivided property to me. Which the easiest process to undertake without any hassle. If he make's a will does he need NOC from other relatives that they will not claim his share later in his absence. Or whether he can make a gift deed? Does the gift deed require consent of other members of the family. Which is the safest process without needing anybody's consent or NOC.
