Tenant Rights in a society / Apartment

I am a tenant in a appartment of 25 flats and it is registered society. I am paying the maintenance of Rs 2500 per month as a maintenance. The question is, with the maintenance amount of society they are improvising many things in apartment like Lawn development, Exterior wall of apartment painting and Cellar development/ side wall construction ( all these are new activities which were happening after I joined in this community) Apart from above developments they spend the maintenance amount for watchman, garbage collection, water tanks, power bill, lift maintenance etc., My question is: As a tenant how will be I am responsible for paying / being part in the permanent development activities which apartment is doing like painting, lawn, construction of wall.(As these are permanent development for improving the society the owners should be responsible- I feel like) I think I will only be responsible only for maintenance activities happening in the apartment like power, water, lift, watchman etc., Please guide me.. so that I can talk to my society people Thanks in advance
