D) Termination/Separation 16. In the event of breach of any of the terms & conditions of your employment and/or service rules, the Company reserves the right to claim liquidated damages from you, apart from other damages. Company also reserves the right to terminate your services without giving notice. 17. This employment can be terminated by any of the parties by giving to the other party a notice of three months in writing of its intention to do so and further the Company may at its sole discretion, waive the whole or part of the notice period without any compensation. However, Company also reserves the right not to relieve you till the completion of job/assignment in hand for the entire period of your notice period. 18. In the event of breach of this service agreement within one year from your date of employment, Company has a right to recover the one time benefits and allowances paid to you or any financial assistance or perks included in or excluded in your standard remuneration (CTC) attached with letter in Annexure I.
