Realtor not respecting the contract clauses mentioned in the agreement at the time of plot purchase

Hi Sir, I had purchased a plot from Pune based realtor who had sold 2 plots of land to me under an registered agreement. At the time of purchasing the property (farm land) the said realtor had widely advertised the "Buy Back" scheme under which the realtor will buy back the land from the purchaser if he she is willing to sell them after 4 years of purchase. The same is clearly mentioned in the agreement paper. However now he is disagreeing to buy back the property. Besides this the realtor has filed below 2 cases against me and other clients of the realtor who had invested in the project in Bombay High Court. 1. Reg No: WP/4957/2015 CNR: HCBM[deleted] 2. Reg No: WP/4206/2017 CNR: HCBM[deleted] Both of these cases are in Pre-Admission status as checked online in the Bombay High Court website. Now the realtor is only agreeing to register the property and not ready to buy it back as mentioned in the initial registered contract. He also wants to pay more money for the property registration as they have increased the plot areas from what it was mentioned in the contract agreement papers and for the same he wants us to pay extra money. I am currently without any source of income due to some personal issues and don't have funds to invest into this project. The property was invested in 2013 and after 2017 the realtor was supposed to buy it back from me. However they are not respecting the contract terms and instead asking for more funds to invest in their project now. Please suggest what best can be done as I don't have any money to invest more in their project?
