Complaint of Non-Payment of Salary under Section 33(C) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

Dear H.N. Gopalakrishna Sir, I, Syed Fayaz, am filing this complaint against Sterne India Pvt Ltd, represented by CIEL HR, regarding the non-payment of my salary. I was employed with Sterne India Pvt Ltd. under a contract managed by CIEL HR. Despite fulfilling my duties diligently, I have not received my salary for the last month of my employment, extending over the past 6+ months, totalling 43,430 {Forty-three thousand, four hundred thirty}. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter internally by contacting various members of the HR team, including Neha Kumari, Saket Dwivedy, and Rakesh SU. However, all my efforts have been in vain, and I have received no satisfactory resolution. I have attached copies of relevant email communications with the employer as evidence of my attempts to resolve the issue amicably. Despite assurances from the employer's representatives, including Neha Kumari and Saket Dwivedy, regarding the imminent payment of my salary, no action has been taken to fulfill their commitments. The prolonged delay in receiving my salary has caused severe financial hardship, leading to stress and anxiety. Despite my dedication and commitment to the company, I have been left in a precarious financial situation due to the non-payment of my rightful dues. Therefore, I kindly request the labour court's intervention in this matter to ensure that justice is served. I seek the following relief: 1. Immediate release of my pending salary amounting to 43,430 {Forty-three thousand, four hundred thirty}. 2. Compensation for the mental and financial anguish caused by the delay in payment. 3. Any other relief deemed fit by the honourable court. I am ready to provide any further information or evidence required to support my case. I trust that the labour court will adjudicate this matter fairly and expeditiously. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Yours sincerely, Syed Fayaz
