Daughters rights on ancestral properties

Hi, My father in law and mother in law have disputes for many years and in 2014, she filed case against my father in law. In 2016, the court finally issued stay order on the ancestral properties that he cannot sell or transfer to anyone by any mean. Also court asked my father in law to pay every month Rs 500. But till the death, he didn't paid anything. In 2019, my mother in law died due to some illness and he even don't bother to pay her any medical expenses during her admission in Hospital where she finally died. But in 2022, my father in law appealed in court for the removal of the stay order on ancestral properties but in 2023 court rejected his appeal on ground that he didn't pay anything after court instructed to do so. Even court asked him to produced daughters but he failed to do so as we were in favor of our mother in law. But before appealing to court in Nov 2022, he made a will on 15/10/22. How can a will be made when there is stay order for selling or transfer to anyone by any mean. Please help with your advice so that we can move to court accordingly.
