Remedy under rera

I had purchased a commercial space two years back from a builder. I have executed Sale Agreement and requested to register the Sale Agreement, instead the builder got Registered Sale Deed by collecting full payment. The project is registered under RERA but I deceived believing a broker. Now, I came to know that all the RERA rules are infringed such as – no application is signed by me, No allotment letter is given, Initial amount is collected more than 15% and asked to pay 25% more to give allotment letter. Subsequent to the paying the amount, instead of giving allotment letter, Sale Agreement is executed and finally Sale Deed. The executed Sale Agreement and Sale Deed have many illegal conditions. The possession date is not mentioned. The project is still in the initial state and at present no progress. I have paid about 30% of flat cost by cash for the Registration and other charges. I wish to continue with the delayed project, since the cash payment has no value. I have any remedy under RERA, please guided. Regards.
