Deed and Parent Deed

Scenario: Person A lends some money to Person B in late 1970's. Person B failed to return the money back. Person A files a cheating case against Person B. Court ordered to cease some properties (Consider as a house Plot) of Person B and give the ownership of the property to Person A. But Person A don't have the parent deed of the property or don't know the document number. Person A Died. Person A's wife, sons and daughters registered a partition agreement. One of Person A's sons entitled to possess the ownership of the above said ceased property. In early 2000's the son decided to sell this property. Question 1: Can a 'registered partition agreement along with the copy of the court order' be considered as the deed of the property? Person C bought the property. His parent deed is the above said 'registered partition agreement along with the copy of the court order' While he checking both the deed and partition agreement (parent deed), in parent deed the boundaries are stated as survey numbers and in the deed it is stated with the names of owners of the surrounding properties. Question 2: How to verify the boundaries of the property in this case? Question 3: Now is there any chance for person C to obtain the parent Deed of his parent Deed (Person B's deed)?
