Common passage

Hello respected sir, My Uncle had bought an land in Hyderabad total of 1 acr out of which partial land was released to his wife around 1650 sq yds. while he had sold small parts of property to different people and while the buyers had mentioned the 2 sides of property as common. now the part of property which he had released to his wife has the part of common passage mentioned ad Private road which belong to his wife however other people who had bought property already have access to one side common passage which is in uncle property they are not allowing to make any boundary in uncles wife property stating its common passage and however wife property shows private road which has been registered under wifes name. Please suggest what can be done in such case if the land can be regularized as part of property or what can be done in such case. as uncle has given option of common passage i his property can they claim wifes property as common passage whic is registered as private road and in their papers. appreciate your help.
