Cancellation and requesting for fund refund

Hi, Today on 3-Apr-2024 i recieved a call from Shine.com website and asked me if I'm looking for any job change or a domain change, I told him that I'm looking for a Job in some domain. He asked me to take the premium services in order to get a better opportunity. I took the premium service and I recieved a call from Shine portal and his name is Vicky Goel. He asked me to provide me some details like my Name, contact details, Mail-id, last CTC, company name, Designation and Updated CV for which I provided him with all the details. After verifying those Mr.Vicky Gal asked me to make the payment of Rs-3657 for Application Booster Package. After I did the payment, he asked me to pay Rs-6838 for Job Profile Verification Plus Package, which I paid the amount again he asked me to pay Rs-8495 for Education Verification Plus Package 2. With this I felt suspicious and asked me to provide in writing whether it is the Last payment or not. By this he gave me by Mail saying that "Dear Sir, Greetings of the Day!! NOTE:THESE ARE THE ONLY SHINE SUGGESTED SERVICES.AFTER THIS NO MORE PAYMENT FOR THE SAME SHINE SERVICES.THE PAYMENT PART WILL BE COMPLETED. 1 × Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling Resume Writing With Cover jobs on the move Regards, Shine" Because of the above mail which was sent me on writing basis, even though I felt suspicious which I paid the amount. Again Mr.Goal asked me to pay for Rs-12849 and in response I asked why I should do the payment as it is clearly mentioned in the Mail stating that all the packages are included in it but in response he told me this is one time payment and the last payment you have to make. After making the payment he again asked me to the payment of Rs-19700 and I did it after speaking with his suprior and as per the Sr.Manager the last payment would be 19,700 only. They are asking to make the payment of 24779 is for Jobs on the move for which I asked to refund all the payment as I dont have money to make any payment. Shine team is reluctantly telling me, they don't have refund policy. Whatever all the payments are done, I paid to Hindustan Times. Can I have a solution for this and when I can expect my refund to be processes. Kindly suggest.
