Sale of Property

Sir / Madam We have a property in Mysore & same was sold 10 years ago but it's under dispute. We suffered huge loses in business & had taken loan on our property & because we couldn't pay loan we sold our property. But the party who took our property paid just 1/4th initially in Dec 2013 & registered at Sub registrars office for sale consideration. Party agreed to pay balance 3/4th of sale price after registration on Feb 2014. But he didn't register the property & we were stuck in problems. Even after so many calls he didn't respond & we searched for him & everything in vain with more & more problems. Took hand loans from known sources to repay debt & it's almost 10 years now. Just 2 years back he sent his lawyer to convince us to sell property for lesser value or vacate the portion for their own use. we had given the portion of property to my uncle who were paying electricity charges, water charges & maintenance. When we didn't agree for their lawyers decision they with some goons threatened my uncle & they vacated house. Apart from that frequent threatening from that person with all our family members is happening & we are really worried. My Father in law though aged 80 yrs in good health expired after this incident because it was a nightmare for everyone. Please suggest us what to do & it will be great help for us. We are waiting for injunction order from court. I want to know still how long this matter will continue & whether we will have access to our property. Please please clarify It will definitely help others too who are in a similar situation
