Held security Deposit with landlord for vacated rental accomodation

Dear Sirs and Esteemed lawyers, To brief you about the situations am facing: 1. I had vacated the rental accomodation and got it inspected from the rep of the landlord( broker) and handed over the keys to him after proper satisfaction. I had also shared a video while vacating to the landlord. 2. After vacating the premises I was told by the broker that the security deposit will be handed over to me surely. I was paid partly and an amount of 20k was held. But after a week I was curious and asked the landlord to pay the rest of amount, which he replied that he'll himself inspect and then he'll revert. To which I countered that the despite a week been passed and as per agreement you've to pay back the amount which he neglected. After agin continuous follow up he reverted that he got the accomodation inspected by incoming next tenant who has raised few observations like faded paint and few scratches on walls, AC's not giving proper cooling and deep cleaning. Required. I told him that these are a part of normal wear and tear and not in scope of tenant. I told the issue to the RWA and the secretary as well who assured me to convey it to the landlord in official manner. But I doubt that any action could be taken on their ends. 3. I hence request your expert opinion on the same and guidance, so as I could get my sweat earned money back.
