Neighborhood land compound wall construction doesn't leave any space in common for future rennovatio

Hi Sir One of a promoter is making a 3.5 acre area into plot's, neighbouring is my land, He is making compound without leaving anyspace. He use to sell the plots and move away, in future if any damage occurs to the compound wall due to nature disasters like rain or something (because the said land is slope too) I can't allow any unknown person who buys the plots to come into my land and reconstruct. My question is that, is there any law that the promoter should leave certain common area for his buyers future renovation. When asked to the promoter he says we have got the approval from DTCP and there is no rule to leave 2 feet for their future renovation, He blindly says we sell the land and move to other area, if we leave space i miss certain sqft land which is loss to us. He is looking as business i look for safety Please help me to know is there any law that says to leave certain sqft for them to come and renovate in future(their outside area which faces my boundary) because some unknown buyers will be affected. Thanks Regards Anand.S
